The infamous snow storm of February 2021. The Texas power grid failed, leaving Texans without electricity and some without water. During his time without power, Ramin Samandari explored the Mission Trails and captured some beautiful photographs of an event that doesn't happen often in South Texas.  This particular photograph captures the beauty of Mission Concepcion.
